Leading Senior Software Development Engineer

Are you ready to take on a new challenge and lead a team of talented engineers? As a Senior Software Development Manager, you will be responsible for leading a strategically important set of services that are depended on by every business around the world.
The ideal candidate will have experience in managing a multi-functional software development organization, including development managers, software engineers, project & product managers, and NLP Machine Learning specialists. You will recruit and develop high-caliber leaders and individuals in multiple locales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Grow a team of engineers into a highly performing development team
- Define and drive the long-term product strategy
- Architect and deliver a next-generation localization platform
- Fully manage the development lifecycle and deliver the product roadmap within an Agile/Scrum environment
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science or related field
- + years of software development experience
- + years of people management experience including managing managers
- Proficiency in at least one modern object-oriented programming language
- Strong knowledge of CS fundamentals
- Experience with large scale systems and service-oriented architecture
