Job Description

This is a full-time role for a Quality Assurance Specialist based in County Dublin, Ireland. The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring and inspecting the production process to ensure that products meet established quality and food safety standards.

The Quality Assurance Specialist will work closely with the Production and Packing team to identify and resolve compliance errors in real-time. This involves carrying out quality checks during production, maintaining accurate quality records, and implementing quality control procedures.

The ideal candidate will have experience in quality assurance or quality control, as well as knowledge of HACCP and food industry regulations. Strong analytical skills, effective communication, and teamwork are essential for success in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement and support quality control procedures.
  • Collaborate with production teams to resolve issues.
Requirements:
  • 1-3 years of experience in quality assurance or quality control.
  • Knowledge of HACCP and food industry regulations.
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills.
  • Effective communicator and team player.
