Accounts Administrator

**Job Role Summary**

This is a varied role covering accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general office administration. Key responsibilities include processing accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR) transactions, managing timesheets, raising purchase orders (POs), carrying out debt collection activities in a professional manner, reconciling transport fuel cards, and preparing bank lodgements.

The ideal candidate will have strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and a practical, hands-on approach. They should also have previous experience in an accounts administration role, strong IT skills, ideally with Sage accounting software, and a practical background in construction, agriculture, or a similar environment.
