Financial Administrator Opportunity

  • Maintain and update financial records, including ledgers, accounts payable/receivable, and payroll.
  • Reconcile bank statements and financial transactions.
  • Prepare and submit VAT returns.
  • Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
  • Manage invoices and process payments.
  • Handle queries related to financial transactions.
  • E nsure compliance with relevant accounting standards and regulations.
  • Collaborate with the finance team to streamline accounting processes.
  • Provide support during audits.

This is a part-time role requiring strong organizational and time management skills. The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A minimum of 2 years of bookkeeping experience.
  • Accounting Technician or IPASS (Irish Payroll Association) certification.
  • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Sage, Xero) and MS Excel.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent communication skills.

The successful candidate will work 22.5 hours per week and have the opportunity to develop their skills in a dynamic environment.
