**Job Title:** Automotive Parts Specialist

Description:

We are seeking a skilled Automotive Parts Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our sales department, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional service and expert parts support to our valued customers.

You will thrive in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment where your knowledge and passion for the automotive industry will drive success.

The ideal candidate will have great communication skills, high levels of focus, energy, and drive, as well as good business acumen. They will be responsible for building relationships with customers to win sales, improve margin, and provide excellent customer service within the branch.

Becoming an expert in our product offerings is essential, as well as collaborating with other areas of the branch to ensure customer needs are met. Timely completion of call backs and utilization of business data to understand opportunities across all customer bands and product groups are also key responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build relationships with customers to win sales, improve margin, and provide excellent customer service within the branch.
  • Become an expert in our product offerings to customers and be seen as the trusted advisor.
  • Collaborate with other areas of the branch to ensure customer needs are met.
  • Ensure all call backs are completed in a timely manner.
  • Work closely with internal teams to understand products and customer needs.
  • Reduce return rate by building better relationships with customers.
  • Utilize business data to understand opportunities across all customer bands and product groups.
