Key Responsibilities:
  • Build relationships with customers aiming to win sales, improve margins, and provide excellent customer service within the branch.
  • Become an expert in product offerings to customers and be seen as a trusted advisor.
  • Work collaboratively with other areas of the branch to ensure that customer needs are met.
  • Ensure all call backs are completed in a timely manner.
  • Work closely with internal teams across the business to understand products and anticipate customer needs.
  • Work with the Warehouse Supervisor to reduce return rates by building better relationships with customers.
  • Utilize relevant business data to identify opportunities across customer bands and product groups.
