We are seeking a results-driven Senior Store Leader to join our team in Greystones.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent leadership skills, be able to motivate and develop the store team, and promote a positive work environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the Store Manager in maintaining exceptional shop floor presentation and ensuring adequate stock levels are always maintained.
  • Consistently deliver outstanding customer service and target-driven approach to KPIs.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve sales growth and team performance.
Requirements
  • You have completed your leaving certificate or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 2 years management experience in a fast-paced retail environment.
  • Full driving license and flexibility to work varying shift patterns.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a passion for working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

As a key member of the store team, you will be responsible for leading by example, promoting a positive work environment, and driving sales growth through effective management and motivation of the team.
