Job Overview:

We are seeking a Senior Manager to play a key role in supporting the development and strengthening of existing client relationships within the Financial Services industry. The successful candidate will navigate complex finance issues facing clients' businesses, utilizing their exceptional delivery skills to build valuable relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Deliver exceptional results on client engagements, establishing strong client relationships through leadership and teamwork.
  2. Contribute to proposals and client presentations to grow and win new business opportunities.
  3. Draw on your skills and experience to create innovative insights for clients looking to develop their change agenda to deliver value and improve operations.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 8 years' experience working within a consulting firm or government organization with a strong track record in consulting.
  • Strong academic credentials including a third-level degree in a business or IT-related area.
  • Experience in one or more focus industries, including Power & Utilities, Government & Public Sector, Life Sciences, Telecommunications & Media, and Financial Services.
  • Leadership and management experience, preferably within IT implementation programs.
  • Industry-standard certifications and analytical/problem-solving skills.
  • Experience operating in fast-paced environments with multiple stakeholders.
  • Business development skills, including client relationship management and proposal support.
  • Passion for developing people through coaching and mentoring.
  • Drive to excel professionally and contribute to company success.
