We are seeking a seasoned Professional with expertise in Project Scheduling to join our organization.

Project Planning Expertise

This role is pivotal to the success of our large-scale civil engineering projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and managing project schedules, ensuring all project milestones are met, and providing critical insights to drive project success.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Schedule Development: Develop, maintain, and manage project schedules for large-scale civil engineering projects.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to gather project requirements and update schedules accordingly.
  • Progress Monitoring: Monitor project progress, identify potential delays, and propose mitigation strategies.
  • Schedule Reviews: Conduct regular schedule reviews and updates to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Reporting: Prepare detailed reports on project status, including progress, risks, and forecasts.
  • Software Proficiency: Use planning software (e.g., Primavera P6, MS Project) to create and manage project schedules.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with project management standards and best practices.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities, and a proven track record of successfully delivering large-scale civil projects.

Requirements

To be considered for this role, candidates must possess a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field, with at least 8 years of experience in project planning within the civil engineering or construction industry. Strong proficiency in planning software such as Primavera P6 and MS Project is essential.
