Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Field Service Engineer to join our team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, inspection, repair, and troubleshooting of fully automated warehousing systems at customer sites.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Installation, maintenance, inspection, repair, and troubleshooting of fully automated warehousing systems
  • Providing responsive support to customers
  • Fault-finding and troubleshooting issues in corrective maintenance
  • Liaising with internal teams
  • Carrying out planned preventative maintenance at customer sites

The ideal candidate will possess strong knowledge of electrical and electronic instrumentation, equipment, and processes, as well as IT literate skills with familiarity with Microsoft Office applications.

A qualification via training, diploma, degree, or a time-served apprenticeship in a relevant field is essential. Minimum 10 years' experience in electrical and mechanical field service is also required.
