Risk and Compliance Manager

We have a full-time permanent vacancy for a Risk Management and Compliance Specialist. The successful candidate will work closely with the senior management team to ensure a cohesive approach to risk and compliance.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the development and implementation of risk management frameworks and strategies to support product management and the wider Commercial Markets & Product (CMP) team.
- Develop and maintain policies and procedures related to risk and compliance within CMP, aligned with the organisation's risk management framework.
- Stay updated on changes in health insurance regulations and standards in Ireland, including EU directives that may impact product design and management through the product life cycle.
- 2-4 years' experience in risk management, compliance, or product management within the health insurance sector is essential.
- A degree in law, business, or a related field. Professional certifications in risk management or compliance are advantageous.
