Regulatory Compliance Manager

The Regulatory Compliance Manager is responsible for ensuring the organization's regulatory compliance and risk management practices are aligned with industry standards. This role involves coordinating the development and implementation of policies, procedures, and training programs to mitigate risks and ensure adherence to regulatory requirements.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive risk management framework that identifies, assesses, and mitigates regulatory risks.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement training programs, policies, and procedures that address regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
  • Provide guidance and support to employees on regulatory matters, including interpretation of laws and regulations, and development of compliance plans.
  • Conduct regular audits and assessments to identify areas for improvement and develop corrective action plans to address non-compliance issues.

Requirements:
  • 7+ years of experience in financial services with a focus on regulatory compliance and risk management.
  • Advanced knowledge of banking regulations and industry standards.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to engage stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Proven ability to analyze complex data and develop effective solutions to mitigate regulatory risks.
