The role involves executing demand generation supporting activities, such as webinar logistics and media placement, to drive revenue growth.
Job DescriptionThe business developer will generate leads, qualify prospects, and set up meetings for the sales team. This includes engaging with inbound leads and proactively reaching out to targeted companies to understand their needs and pains. Training on solutions, scripts for calls and emails, and access to modern tools are provided.
Key Responsibilities:- Identify and generate new business opportunities through outbound calls, emails, and social media.
- Make phone calls and send emails at a rate necessary to meet or exceed Discovery Call creation goals.
- Qualify leads and schedule meetings for the sales team, targeting Salesforce Services around Sales, Service, and Marketing.
- Work independently to contact cold and pre-qualified prospects within assigned vertical or geographic markets.
- Capture all communications in Salesforce and follow best practices defined as part of the company's sales funnel and process.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute lead generation strategies.
A successful candidate will have some experience in a sales or business development role, preferably in a B2B environment.
- Proficiency in CRM software (Salesforce), Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook/Teams), and social platforms like LinkedIn is essential.
- Self-motivated individuals with a results-driven approach and ability to work independently and as part of a team are ideal candidates.
