Job Description:We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Revenue Operations Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a vital role in driving revenue growth through strategic planning, process improvement, and data analysis.
Your Responsibilities:Develop and implement processes to streamline sales operations, enhance customer relationships, and drive business growth.
Partner with cross-functional teams to design and execute scalable workflows, including lead qualification, deal progression, pipeline management, and forecasting.
Manage required systems and tooling to ensure seamless data management, improve sales efficiency, capture current and potential customer relationships, and provide actionable insights to drive revenue growth.
5-7 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or similar role within a B2B SaaS or high-growth environment.
Strong hands-on experience with CRM systems, preferably Hubspot and sales engagement platforms.
Proven track record of implementing GTM tools and building scalable workflows.
Process-oriented with the ability to document, map, and improve complex processes.
Excellent project management, stakeholder communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
Analytical mindset with comfort working with data (e.g., reporting, dashboards, KPIs).
High threshold for navigating ambiguity and able to balance setting strategic priorities with rapid execution.
