Key Responsibilities:
- Develop Key Contractors: Oversee the development of key selected contractors operating in the Off Site Manufacturing (OSM) sector through account standardization, project specification, sales development, and multi-level relationship management.
- Strategic Development and Implementation: Lead the strategy for assigned accounts and drive its implementation through collaboration with counterparts at regional and global levels.
- Market Intelligence: Provide market insights to confirm and/or update segment strategies.
- Effective Communication: Maintain effective communication throughout the team and company, acting as the owner of assigned accounts.
Requirements:
- Engineering/Technical Background: Industry-relevant experience with strong commercial/business capabilities.
- Results-Driven Attitude: Focus on innovation and adaptability.
- Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams in matrix environments, fostering collaboration across local and global teams.
