Job Summary:
This role is designed to support the routine day-to-day administration of fund structures under the guidance of a senior professional.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with all aspects of fund administration, management companies, and associated fund structures.
- Contribute to company secretarial matters, including agenda preparation, board pack collation, director availability, and minute drafting for routine meetings.
- Perform routine office tasks as required.
- Prepare payment instructions for settling fund expenses.
- Maintain accurate investor records on eFront and process changes.
- Support in processing routine fund operations, including investor calls and distributions.
Requirements:
- Relevant degree in Law, Economics, or Business Administration (Bachelor or Master's degree).
- Between 0-2 years' experience.
- English language skills, with German considered an asset.
- Basic technical knowledge, which can be developed through in-house training.
- Computer literacy essential.
- Excellent interpersonal skills for building strong working relationships with colleagues, clients, and business contacts.
