Cpl Healthcare is seeking a skilled Mechanical Process Improvement Specialist to join their team in Swords. This exciting opportunity allows the chosen candidate to grow their career with a global company, working on various projects within precision engineering.

Key Responsibilities
  1. SUPPORT MANUFACTURING PROCESSES and provide process improvements to existing products.
  2. Define and validate manufacturing processes for upgrade products or new products.
  3. SUPPORT MECHANICAL/ELECTRICAL ASSEMBLY JIGS, FIXTURES AND PURPOSE-BUILT TEST EQUIPMENT.
  4. Process analysis and Product Quality reporting.
  5. SUPPORT ENGINEERS AND PRODUCTION STAFF to drive quality standards and improvements.
  6. SUPPORT PRODUCT DESIGNERS to ensure the product is designed for assembly.
Requirements
  1. Degree level in Mechanical/Manufacturing Engineering.
  2. Experience in a mid/high volume manufacturing environment would be ideal.
  3. Experience in use of structured problem-solving techniques.
  4. Experience with practical application of Six Sigma tools, including though not exclusive to using Statistical Process Control, Gauge Studies & Process Capability preferred.
  5. Experience in use of business intelligence tools for data analysis desired.
  6. Experience in practical application of Industry 4.0 real-time data analytics, including though not exclusive to using Power BI, SQL and VBA/Excel.
  7. Experience in practical application of Lean Projects.
  8. Experience in Design, Validation & Implementation of assembly fixtures.
  9. Experience using and interpreting technical drawings including GD&T's.
