Job Title: Hydrology Leadership Position

About the Role:

  • This is a leadership position within our team in Dublin, Ireland.
  • You will support major flood risk management projects and flood relief schemes focused on climate change adaptation and resilience.
  • We are looking for a candidate with senior experience on flood risk and water resources projects.

Requirements:

  • Degree/MSc in hydrology or equivalent
  • Strong relevant professional experience
  • Professional qualification (CEng, CSci, etc.) with IEI, CIWEM, ICE or equivalent, or working towards professional status
  • High competency with WINFAP, FEH, FSR, FSU, and similar hydrological assessment methodologies
  • Senior experience on flood risk and water resources projects in the UK or Ireland
  • Passion for the environment and sustainability
  • Proven track record in managing junior engineers
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience in project appraisal and technical report writing, including flood risk assessments and hydrology chapters for EIARs
