Job Title: Technical Service Manager

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead a nationwide field service team covering hospital-based medical technology.

About the Role:
  • Manage 6 field engineers and 2 coordinators from our HQ in Bray, Co. Wicklow.
  • Take responsibility for service operations, compliance reporting, and technical escalations.

This role blends hands-on technical support with leadership, training, and stakeholder management (including HSE & hospital engineering teams).

Your Skills and Experience:
  • 5+ years in medical devices (engineering; biomedical, electrical, or mechanical/electro-mechanical background)
  • Team leadership or mentoring experience
  • Excellent communication & organisational skills
  • Excellent Stakeholder management / engagement
