Medical Devices Operations Lead

This leadership role requires managing a nationwide field service team, overseeing technical escalations, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in medical devices, strong leadership skills, excellent stakeholder management abilities, and a solid understanding of regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage 6 field engineers and 2 coordinators to deliver high-quality service operations.
- Oversee service operations, compliance reporting, and technical escalations to ensure seamless collaboration between teams.
- Develop and implement training programs for the field service team to enhance their knowledge and skills.
- Engage with HSE and hospital engineering teams to foster effective collaboration and drive business growth.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in medical devices (engineering or biomedical background) with a focus on team leadership or mentoring.
- Excellent communication, organisational, and stakeholder management skills to drive results and build strong relationships.
- Knowledge of ISO, HSE protocols, patient safety, and compliance reporting to ensure regulatory compliance.
