Job Title: Leisure Centre Operations Manager

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Leisure Centre Operations Manager to join our team. As a key member of the management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the leisure centre, ensuring a safe and effective environment for staff and customers.

  • Oversight of all daily activities within the leisure centre.
  • Leadership and supervision of staff, including training and development opportunities.
  • Collaboration with the General Manager to drive sales and revenue growth.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Proven experience in a leisure or hospitality management position.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Knowledge of health and safety procedures and risk management practices.
  • Certification in first aid and CPR is desirable but not essential.
