">As a Quality Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in projects. You will collaborate with project managers, subcontractors, and key stakeholders to ensure top-tier quality control (QC), quality assurance (QA), and regulatory compliance.
">You will be responsible for:

- Overseeing quality assurance and control across projects">
- Developing and/or enforcing robust quality control and quality assurance (QA/QC) processes and standards">
- Establishing and implementing comprehensive quality management plans tailored to each project's requirements">
- Coordinating customer and supplier inspections, audits, and testing procedures">
- Performing quality engineering reviews of design documentation for compliance with stated requirements">
- Maintaining, developing, and processing documents">
- Performing data analysis and data visualization to support continuous improvement projects">
- Developing/monitoring quality program metrics to evaluate the project's performance">
- Vessel Certification to PED and interaction with Independent Notified Body">
- Compiling EN1090 & EN3834 Records and preparation for External Audits by TUV">
- In process and final inspections of fabricated parts and WIP">
- Visual Weld Inspection">
- Running of ISO9001;2015 QMS and preparation for NSAI External Audits">
Key Responsibilities Include:
">• Developing and maintaining quality control and quality assurance processes and standards
">• Establishing and implementing quality management plans tailored to each project's requirements
">• Coordinating inspections, audits, and testing procedures to ensure compliance with quality standards
">• Performing quality engineering reviews of design documentation
">• Maintaining and developing quality-related documents and records
">• Analyzing and visualizing data to support continuous improvement projects
">• Evaluating project performance using quality program metrics
">• Ensuring vessel certification and compliance with regulatory requirements
">• Compiling and preparing records for external audits
">• Conducting in-process and final inspections of fabricated parts
">• Implementing and maintaining ISO9001;2015 QMS and preparing for external audits
">Qualifications and Experience:
">To be successful in this role, you should have:
">- ">
- A degree in Engineering, Quality, or a related discipline">
- 3-5 years of experience in QA/QC">
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and attention to detail">
- Tech-savviness with SolidWorks, AutoCAD, and data visualization techniques">
- Strong planning and organizational skills to manage multiple priorities effectively">
- Experience in Pressure Vessel Certification to PED would be an advantage">
