Senior Strategic Sourcing Specialist Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Strategic Sourcing Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our Indirect Supply Management organization, you will be responsible for managing work in support of our global Category Managers for Facilities.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum Level 8 degree in a relevant discipline and a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience, or an advanced degree with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience. Prior experience leading multiple RFx events and contract negotiations is also required.

You will develop and execute sourcing strategies that optimize our position in terms of quality, response time, technology, risk, and total cost. You will also negotiate, establish, and monitor supplier agreements, foster collaboration amongst peers, and establish close relationships with stakeholders in a highly matrixed organization.
