Nursing Role Description

This Nursing Role involves delivering high standards of nursing care to our residents. As a Staff Nurse, you will play a crucial role in fostering a supportive and healing atmosphere. Your expertise will be pivotal in ensuring the health and comfort of our residents.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and provide comprehensive nursing care to residents.
  • Develop and maintain accurate and up-to-date care plans.
  • Ensure medication administration is carried out safely and efficiently.
  • Maintain high standards of resident care and hygiene.
  • Support mealtimes and assist with personal care tasks.
  • Participate in in-house training and contribute to maintaining a safe working environment.


Requirements:
  • Registration on the Irish live register (NMBI) with an active PIN.
  • Experience in delivering nursing care in a residential setting.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in IT skills and Microsoft Office software.
  • Fluency in English language (verbal and written).
