We are seeking a highly skilled Talent Development Professional to join our team. In this role, you will contribute to the development and implementation of our talent acquisition strategy, focusing on building a culture of excellence and driving business results.
About the Role:
- You will lead the design and delivery of training programs to equip hiring managers with the skills they need to effectively assess and select top talent.
- You will work closely with our Hiring Leadership team to develop and implement processes that drive efficiency and quality in our hiring practices.
- You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement tools and technologies that support our talent acquisition goals.
- You will contribute to projects that drive successful hiring outcomes, leveraging advanced analytics skills to integrate data and draw insights.
- You will build strong relationships with stakeholders to design and implement solutions to complex problems that ensure we hire exceptional talent.
Requirements:
- You will possess an undergraduate degree in a psychology or people-based subject with an exceptional academic track record.
- You will have advanced analytical ability to dissect and analyze data using SQL, Python, and/or R.
- You will have exposure to the topic of talent through university degree coursework, a relevant internship, or first job.
- You will demonstrate a passion for working in the technology space and evidence of why.
- You will be results-driven with the ability to work at pace, possessing strong project management skills to roadmap, plan, and deliver objectives.
- You will have professional written and spoken English with excellent presentation skills.
- You will have drive, ambition, and curiosity to drive breakthroughs in the talent field.
