This role is a key part of our talent strategy, focusing on developing and executing a cohesive approach to talent management.

As Senior Talent Manager, you will play a crucial role in designing and implementing strategic talent interventions across the organization, including career paths, talent assessments, leadership development programs, and diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives.

You will work closely with the Director of Strategic Talent & Business Partnering to create a thriving, high-performing organization by identifying opportunities to attract, retain, and develop top talent. This includes supporting the design of enterprise-wide talent frameworks, providing guidance on best practices for employee engagement and performance management, and developing workforce analytics to inform talent decisions.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Designing and implementing strategic talent interventions to build a thriving, high-performing organization
  • Serving as a strategic thinker, identifying opportunities to create a cohesive, agile approach to talent management
  • Expertise across the talent life cycle, including succession planning, performance management, leadership development, and DEIB
  • Strategic acumen with the ability to interact and influence leaders, translating people strategy into measurable action

Success measures include strengthened internal succession pipelines, improved employee performance outcomes, clear enterprise-wide development pathways, and sustained B Corp certification through purpose-led people practices.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work collaboratively with peers across various departments, including Talent Acquisition, Reward, People Experience, and HR Transformation, to ensure joined-up delivery of the people strategy.

You will be an experienced talent practitioner with a proven track record of designing, selecting, and implementing strategic talent management interventions in complex, growing organizations.
