
Energy Upgrade Department Project Coordinator

As a key team member in the Energy Upgrade Department, you will play a pivotal role in project coordination and execution. Your primary responsibility will be to assist in managing construction projects from initiation to completion.
Key Responsibilities:- Project Planning and Coordination: Assist in developing and implementing project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
- Client Relationships: Maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members through effective communication and collaboration.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure adherence to building regulations, technology, and materials standards.
- Leadership and Guidance: Provide leadership and guidance to project teams as needed, promoting a culture of excellence and teamwork.
- Qualifications: Degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field, or relevant experience.
- Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of building science, building physics, and engineering principles.
- Irish Building Regulations: Good knowledge of Irish building regulations, technology, and materials.
- Experience: 1-2 years of experience in project management, preferably in the construction or retrofit industry.
- Skillset: Strong organisational and multitasking skills, along with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
