Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and organised individual to fill the role of Parts Coordinator.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Manage inventory/stock purchases using the Audatex system.
  • Update the computer system with information on ETA of parts orders and deliveries.
  • Communicate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of parts and resolve any issues or discrepancies.
  • Inspect incoming parts and accessories for quality, pricing accuracy and damage.
  • Ensure all parts are stored safely and securely.
  • Keep the store area clean, tidy and organised.
  • Comply with safety regulations.
Requirements
  • Strong knowledge of vehicle parts and accessories.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Office applications.
  • Physical stamina with knowledge of proper manual handling techniques.
  • Good problem-solving skills.
  • Fluent English language skills.
  • Full Clean Driver Licence.
