As a skilled vehicle technician, the Tyre Fitter plays a pivotal role in ensuring that customer vehicles are fitted with tyres correctly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Repairing and replacing customer's tyres as needed, utilizing expertise to achieve high-quality results
  • Replacing wheels using the torque wrench to achieve final tightening of wheel nuts, adhering to strict safety protocols
  • Conducting thorough inspections prior to hand-over to customers, guaranteeing complete satisfaction
  • Optimizing the use of materials, parts, and equipment to maximize efficiency
  • Maintaining full compliance with all essential safety procedures and truck operations guidelines
  • Ensuring their vehicle is kept clean and well-maintained, with adequate stock levels and regular servicing
  • Strictly adhering to the company's operational manual and policies
  • Developing and maintaining positive working relationships with colleagues and customers through effective communication and teamwork
Essential Requirements:
  • Minimum of 1 year experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of success
  • Must possess some level of tyre-related experience and knowledge
  • Full Clean Driving Licence is an essential requirement for this position
