Job Description:

The role of a vehicle technician involves the repair, maintenance and servicing of vehicles. This will include diagnosing faults, carrying out routine maintenance tasks and making necessary repairs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Diagnose faults in vehicles using diagnostic equipment and manuals.
  • Carry out routine maintenance tasks such as oil changes and tire rotations.
  • Make necessary repairs to vehicles, including replacing parts and performing welding and metalwork.
  • Work with other team members to ensure efficient workflow and high-quality workmanship.
  • Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs and provide excellent customer service.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Relevant technical qualifications or training.
  • Experience working as a vehicle technician or in a related field.
  • Ability to work at heights and in confined spaces.
  • Physical stamina to lift heavy components and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
