Mixed Signal IC Design Leader

Job Overview:

As a seasoned mixed signal IC designer, you will be responsible for leading the development of innovative product architectures that leverage our unique capabilities to provide cost-effective solutions meeting customers' critical needs.

You will work closely with customers to identify and understand key challenges which can lead to value creation and overcome the challenges they face. Developing product architectures, leading business case development from a technical perspective, and providing technical guidance to the development team are just a few of your responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the design and development of mixed signal ICs and signal chains.
  • Develop product architectures that meet customer requirements and drive business growth.
  • Provide technical guidance to the development team and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Identify and mitigate risks associated with new designs and technologies.
Requirements:
  • 15+ years of experience in IC development, specifically in mixed signal design.
  • Strong fundamentals in analog and mixed-signal design, tools, and flows.
  • Experience with behavioral modeling tools such as MATLAB.
  • Knowledge of circuit design, including amplifiers, DACs, ADCs, bandgaps, bias circuits, and LDOs.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience leading mixed signal IC development.
  • Familiarity with communication protocols such as Ethernet Phy and IO-Link.
  • Knowledge of EMC standards and design methodologies.
