  • Address customer queries and complaints efficiently and professionally.
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess:

  • A minimum of 3 years' experience in retail management, preferably within a fresh food environment.
  • Strong technical skills, including proficiency in Retail IT systems to analyze sales and stock trends.
  • The ability to motivate and lead a high-performing team in a fast-paced setting.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively.
