Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to join our team in a fast-paced, client-focused environment. As a Business Analyst, you will work closely with clients and internal teams to deliver change from initiation to implementation.

This is an exciting opportunity to work on high-impact projects within the financial services industry. You will partner with stakeholders to deliver meaningful change, analysing, scoping and documenting improvements. Your key responsibilities will include defining and delivering process enhancements, creating project plans, tracking deliverables and ensuring adherence to governance lifecycles.

You will also oversee Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), ensure timely approvals and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT). Additionally, you will prepare feasibility and cost-effectiveness proposals and complete all required documentation for the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Transfer Agency experience is a must – ideally within a funds environment.
  • Strong background in Business Analysis with exposure to both Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
  • Confident communicator, able to influence and drive decisions at senior levels.
  • Skilled at building and maintaining strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines.
  • Strong proficiency in MS Project, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and SharePoint.
