Nursing Leadership Positions

We are seeking experienced nurse managers to take on leadership roles in aged care settings.

Vacancies exist for Clinical Nurse Managers, Assistant Directors of Nursing and Directors of Nursing across various locations nationwide.

Positions are currently available in Cork and other counties, with further opportunities arising regularly.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead teams of registered nurses in aged care facilities
  • Develop and implement effective nursing strategies
  • Manage and mentor staff to achieve high standards of patient care
  • Demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Stay up-to-date with relevant legislation and regulations

Requirements:

  • Registered nurse on the live register of nurses maintained by the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Ireland
  • Relevant post-registration nursing experience in aged care facilities
  • Demonstrable leadership experience
  • Post-registration qualification in Gerontology or Dementia Care and leadership (as required)
