**Job Description:**

You will play a vital role in implementing data governance standards, policies, and procedures within our organization. As a site expert on Data Governance, you will support the Regeneron IOPS Data Governance and Integrity program.

Responsibilities may include:

  • Implementing data governance standards, policies, and procedures within allocated areas of the business.
  • Providing key support and advice to allocated business areas as their designated Data Governance contact.
  • Collaborating with the allocated business unit on DG priorities and action plans.
  • Assessing allocated business units' current policies and processes and coordinating achievement of local KPIs.

**Required Skills and Qualifications:**

To succeed in this role, you must possess:

  • Knowledge of relevant regulations and guidelines (e.g., GDPR, FDA, EMA, WHO).
  • Proven success in implementing and managing policies in regulated environments.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Skill in stakeholder management and influence.
  • Experience with quality systems and change management.
