Maynooth University is seeking to transform its HR function with an increased focus on strategic HR, effective business partnering, and internal customer service excellence. To achieve this, we are introducing a new HR role: the Human Resources Partner.

The successful candidate will serve as an advisor and trusted partner to University leaders, providing HR support and guidance in aligning HR strategy, policy, and practice with University goals and objectives. This requires experience in a HR management role, preferably in a public sector environment. Relevant experience in a Higher Education institute would be advantageous.
