Valuation Surveyor and Commercial Agent

">Job Description:

The role involves delivering high-standard valuation reports, managing a portfolio of commercial properties, and preparing reports for clients, banks, developments, and legal purposes.

  • Carry out Red Book valuations for loan security and regulatory purposes for both residential and commercial properties.
  • Undertake Red / Blue Book Valuations.
  • Enhance office processes and systems to improve efficiency and service.
  • Assist in research and market intelligence activities.
  • Prepare and complete commercial and residential valuation reports.
  • Develop business development and client relationship management skills.
  • Participate in developmental activities to broaden experience and knowledge, including CPD.

The ideal candidate should possess strong inter-personal skills, communication, and organisational skills to ensure speed and accuracy of information provided to management/client. The role requires expertise in the Valuation Sector, with a focus on knowledge of the property market, numerical reasoning ability, and attention to detail.

As a professional operating in Ireland, you must understand and comply with relevant provisions of the PSRA Act, current Anti-Money Laundering, BER, and Data Protection Legislation, and any other legislation relevant to a property professional.
