About the Role

This opportunity focuses on developing and executing marketing initiatives that drive measurable outcomes.

The ideal candidate will oversee event management, sales enablement tool development, post-event reporting, and content production support for live and video events.

In this role, you will also assist in driving regional and centrally managed marketing programs with a focus on delivering high-quality sales leads by aligning marketing activities with business performance metrics.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop comprehensive event strategies, manage logistics, create engaging content, schedule events, coordinate vendors, and evaluate event success.
  • Design event playbooks, sales kits, and communication plans to ensure seamless event execution.
  • Create detailed post-event activity reports and performance assessments, providing actionable insights for future events.
  • Provide production management support for live-streaming and video editing, ensuring high-quality content delivery.
  • Develop and execute regional and centrally managed marketing programs, including content creation (blog, website, localization), to drive engagement across various channels.
About You

We are seeking a skilled professional with experience in field marketing or event management, demonstrating strong project management and campaign planning skills.

Prior experience in managing event planning, vendor relationships, logistics coordination, and agency coordination is essential.

Strong content development skills, with experience creating marketing materials for various channels and audiences, as well as expertise in livestreaming management and technical event execution, are required.

Fluency in Italian is mandatory.
