Director of Vision and Innovation

The ideal candidate will lead a forward-thinking strategy, fostering artistic excellence and public engagement. This role requires senior leadership experience in the arts sector with a strong track record in fundraising, grant writing, and strategic operational and financial management.

Fully qualified candidates are encouraged to apply with a deep understanding of contemporary visual art and excellent interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities

  2. Lead Team and Foster Collaboration: Manage and support a high-performing team, promoting a culture of open communication and collaboration.
  3. Oversee Exhibitions and Programmes: Develop and deliver engaging exhibitions and public programmes that showcase our expertise and creativity.
  4. Drive Accessibility and Inclusion: Implement strategies to increase accessibility and inclusion, ensuring our events and activities are accessible to all.
