Lead Nursing Site Manager

We are seeking an experienced nursing professional to lead our site operations, ensuring high-quality patient care and exceptional service delivery.

  • As a Senior Clinical Operations Manager, you will be responsible for leading the provision of quality service in line with standards of nursing practice.
  • You will manage and lead the senior nursing team, working collaboratively with clinical nurse managers, allied health professionals, and consultants to ensure efficient and effective care for patients.
Main Responsibilities
  • Operational Management:
    • Ensure safe and effective operations of nursing services, providing timely access to services, expertise, and support on a 24-hour basis.
    • Provide clinical leadership, support, expertise, and managerial advice to all staff in the clinical area.
  • People Management:
    • Provide clinical and management leadership, ensuring an effective learning environment for the multidisciplinary team.
    • Maintain high levels of staff morale, promoting good communication, team spirit, and job satisfaction among members of the multidisciplinary team.
  • Quality Improvement and Risk Management:
    • Ensure compliance with relevant guidelines, policies, procedures, and legislation.
    • Promote patient-centered care at all times and ensure hourly rounding and other initiatives to enhance care.
Key Qualifications
  • Registered in the General Division of the Register of Nurses maintained by NMBI.
  • 5 years' experience in an acute hospital setting.
  • Demonstrate knowledge and understanding of the development and delivery of a comprehensive service, meeting full range of key targets and making significant improvements.
  • Worked with diverse range of stakeholders internal and external to achieve successful outcomes.
