Job Title: Clinical Operations ManagerJob Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Operations Manager to lead our clinical trial management team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the overall strategic management of one or more complex programs, including clinical operations activities and decisions.

  • The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, with the ability to maintain an overview of multiple clinical programs and communicate progress, risks, issues, or changes effectively.
  • They will provide operational insight into feasibility, timelines, and cost estimates during clinical program/study development and oversee clinical study timelines within a clinical program.
  • In addition, they will provide input and operational insight into Clinical Study Concepts (CSC) and review plans and provision clinical operations expertise during protocol design, feasibility, study start-up, and conduct phases of studies.
  • The Clinical Operations Manager will also ensure consistency within the program and develop best practices within Clinical Trial Management (CTM).
Required Skills and Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as life sciences, healthcare, or business administration.
  • At least 5 years of experience in clinical trial management, preferably in a leadership role.
  • Strong knowledge of clinical trials regulations, industry standards, and best practices.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
