
IT Technical Support Team Lead

We are seeking a seasoned IT professional to lead our Technical Help/Service Desk team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent leadership and technical skills, with a strong ability to drive results in a fast-paced environment.
The successful candidate will oversee the day-to-day operations of the service desk, ensuring that all issues are resolved efficiently and effectively. This will involve leading a team of Tier 1 support agents, providing guidance and training to ensure they have the necessary skills to succeed.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading and supporting a team of technical support agents
- Ensuring efficient service desk operation and meeting service level agreements (SLAs)
- Handling escalated technical issues and providing advanced troubleshooting and solutions
- Developing and implementing help desk policies and best practices
- Monitoring performance and identifying areas for improvement
The ideal candidate will have 6-8 years of technical support experience, with at least 4 years in a supervisory role. A degree in IT or a related field is also required. Certifications such as ITIL or CompTIA A+ are a plus.
Additional requirements include:
- Proficient in troubleshooting Windows 10/11, MacOS, and hardware
- Experience with M365, MS Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Active Directory, Azure, and MS Intune
