Job Opportunity
We are seeking a qualified solicitor to join our global practice as part of a leading international banking team in Dublin. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance law and be able to contribute to complex transactions.
The successful candidate will be part of a fully integrated practice that advises banks, government agencies, and corporates on various financial matters, including:
- Acquisition and bid finance
- Real estate finance
- Structured finance
- Syndicated lending
- Secured lending
- Project finance
- Trade finance
- Asset finance
- Workouts and restructurings
To be considered for this role, applicants should have excellent communication skills, be able to work independently, and possess a strong understanding of financial regulations. Experience working with international clients would be beneficial.
