We're looking for a dedicated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative.
This role involves providing top-notch customer service, ensuring store cleanliness and product freshness, and maintaining stock loss controls. If you're passionate about delivering an exceptional shopping experience, we want to hear from you
Main Responsibilities:
- Selling alcohol products to customers aged 18 or over
- Maintaining a clean and organized store environment
- Interacting with customers in a friendly and helpful manner
- Managing waste correctly and participating in the stock count process
Key Skills:
- Fantastic communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work well under pressure and adapt to changing situations
- High energy levels and a positive attitude
- Ability to learn quickly and take on new challenges
