Harvey Norman is seeking a skilled Retail Operations Support individual to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for building customer loyalty by providing exceptional service and support.
You will process online sales orders, analyze and monitor daily reports, assist on the cash desk during busy periods, and take ownership of customer service responses.
The ideal candidate will have experience in retail, be customer-orientated, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and possess excellent problem-solving skills.

This is an 11-month fixed-term contract with the potential for permanency. You must be flexible and available to work various store hours, including days, evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
- Key Responsibilities:
