Job Description:

We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Administrative Compliance Specialist to join our team. As an Administrative Compliance Specialist, you will be responsible for processing and responding to requests from legal and law enforcement agencies seeking access to customer information.

The ideal candidate will have a high attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. You will also have experience in handling high-volume emails and working with computers and technology.

Responsibilities include:

  • Processing and responding to standard-level requests using pre-prepared response templates
  • Searching internal systems to retrieve relevant information
  • Raising requests to management level as necessary
  • Recording and reporting on all requests, responses, and issues in our internal database

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Fluent English language skills (written and verbal)
  • Previous experience in an administrative role, specifically handling high-volume emails
  • A background in legal studies
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills

Benefits:
