This is a key role within the hotel's operations, responsible for overseeing the reservations office and ensuring the smooth execution of customer bookings.

Key Responsibilities:
  • The Reservations Manager will be accountable for managing all customer reservations and enquiries in a timely and efficient manner.
  • They will also oversee the training of the reservations team to ensure they are equipped with the highest standards of service and product knowledge.
  • Additionally, they will be responsible for implementing effective revenue management strategies to maximise room sales and optimise occupancy levels.
  • The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Experience in a similar role within a large hotel property would be highly desirable.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of two years' experience in a similar role within a quality hotel environment.
  • Degree or diploma in Hospitality or Revenue Management would be an advantage.
  • Excellent systems knowledge, including PMS, booking engines and channel managers.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to multi-task and prioritise effectively.
