About the Role
This position involves working on rotating shifts, with a focus on supporting the manufacture of medical device products and maintaining process and manufacturing technologies within your area of responsibility. Key responsibilities will include ensuring Quality and EHS policies and procedures are adhered to, working closely with Team Leads to plan and prioritize planned changeovers, and communicating effectively with team members regarding downtime and process issues.

Key Responsibilities
1. **Quality and EHS**: Ensure adherence to Quality and EHS policies and procedures at all times.
2. **Planning and Prioritization**: Work closely with Team Leads to plan and prioritize planned changeovers and equipment setups.
3. **Communication**: Communicate effectively with team members regarding downtime and process issues.
4. **Knowledge Sharing**: Demonstrate an attitude of knowledge sharing within the technician group, focusing on equipment and processes.
5. **Day-to-Day Manufacturing and Process Support**: Provide support for engineering and Value Stream activities, including but not limited to:
* Supporting commercial build plans
* Assisting new customer development opportunities
* Performing changeovers and set-ups of manufacturing equipment and processes
* Maintaining tooling stocks and other supplies
* Problem-solving process and manufacturing issues
6. **Collaboration and Continuous Improvement**: Work collaboratively with the technician and wider engineering group to identify and implement solutions to systematic downtime and process issues. Identify opportunities for yield and cost-saving improvements within the Value Stream.
7. **Regulatory Compliance**: Ensure full compliance with regulatory requirements related to medical device manufacturing.
