About the Role:

A leading compliance expert is sought to drive our firm's regulatory efforts as a Head of Compliance for a MIFID Investment Firm.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide strategic guidance and oversight on compliance matters, ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify and mitigate potential risks, implementing effective controls and procedures.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive compliance programs, ensuring continuous improvement and alignment with industry standards.
  • Maintain strong relationships with regulatory bodies, responding to inquiries and providing updates on compliance initiatives.

Necessary Skills and Qualifications:

  • Possess in-depth knowledge of regulatory frameworks, including MIFID and relevant Irish regulations.
  • Demonstrate expertise in compliance risk management, with a proven track record of identifying and mitigating risks.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with diverse stakeholders, from senior management to regulatory officials.
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.

Work Environment:

This role will be based in Dublin, Ireland, within our established Compliance team. The ideal candidate will possess a collaborative mindset, a commitment to excellence, and a passion for staying ahead of emerging regulatory trends.
