The Professional Regulatory Senior Associate position is a key role within our Public, Regulatory and Investigations team.
This is an exciting opportunity for a solicitor with 5+ years of PQE to further their career in a Tier 1 ranked team.
Key Responsibilities:- Managing and preparing complaints for oral hearings, including taking witness statements, briefing experts, counsel, and attending oral hearings.
- Drafting legal documents, such as notices of inquiry, special summonses, terms of undertakings, affidavits of service.
- Case management of disciplinary hearings and High Court confirmation applications.
- Providing regulatory advice and protecting the interests of represented parties.
- Ongoing mentoring and training of Assistant Solicitors, Trainees, and Legal Assistants.
- Strong general experience in litigation and professional regulatory or healthcare law.
- Excellent communication and case management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
